The Reset Day is designed to help you step away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself at a very special time of year – that twilight space between Christmas and New Year. Together, we’ll move through Pilates, yoga, sound bath meditation, and guided journaling.

With prompts like “What am I leaving behind in 2025?” and “What am I taking forward into 2026?”, this retreat invites you to let go of what no longer serves you and embrace a fresh beginning.

Step into the historic Stratford-upon-Avon Town Hall, a beautiful space filled with light and calm, leaving behind the noise and rush of everyday life.

This is more than a day of exercise – it’s a day of stillness, reflection, and renewal. It’s about slowing down in a historic, inspiring setting and giving yourself the gift of a true reset.     With over 35 years in the fitness and wellbeing industry, Kerryanne has a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor, with specialist certifications in Pilates, Menopause Support, Nutrition, and Pre & Post Natal Fitness. She has taught group classes, managed health clubs, and run her own gym, helping people of all ages and life stages build strength, confidence, and vitality.

    Kerryanne is passionate about creating movement and wellbeing experiences that restore balance, energy, and calm. Her approach blends Pilates, strength and mindful practices, empowering people to bring fitness and self-care into their everyday lives.

    Kerryanne has designed the Wellness Reset Day to be a calm, nurturing space where people can slow down, reflect, and recharge—while being supported and given simple tools to continue that sense of wellbeing long after the day ends.

  • Yoga Instructor

    Hannah’s passion for yoga is infectious, and it’s often the first thing people notice when stepping into her classes. With a strong foundation in Ashtanga, her teaching blends traditional practice with a light-hearted, down-to-earth approach that makes yoga accessible to everyone—whether you are brand new to the mat or a seasoned practitioner.

    Her classes strike a balance between the physical challenge of asana and the deeper mental and emotional benefits of yoga. Hannah is known for creating a welcoming space where students feel supported, inspired, and encouraged to explore their own practice at a pace that feels right for them.

    Since completing her 200-hour training in 2020, Hannah has been teaching yoga full-time, continuing to develop her practice with world-renowned teachers including David Swenson and David Garrigues. Her ongoing dedication to study and self-practice ensures her teaching is both rooted in tradition and responsive to the needs of modern students.

  • Pilates Expert

    With over 17 years in the fitness and wellbeing industry, Paula brings both expertise and empathy to everything she does. Her calm, compassionate approach helps people reconnect with their bodies, build strength, and restore balance—qualities that make her an exceptional Pilates instructor.

    Paula is a specialist in Fitness Pilates, with additional experience in BodyPump and Indoor Cycling. Her teaching style blends precision, flow, and mindfulness, creating sessions that are both energising and restorative.

    A Level 3 Advanced Gym Instructor and Level 4 Specialist in Pulmonary and Cancer Rehabilitation and Falls Prevention, Paula’s depth of knowledge allows her to adapt and support every individual safely and effectively.

    Alongside her group fitness work, Paula also serves as a Health & Wellbeing Coach at Rother House Surgery for Stratford Central PCN, guiding people towards sustainable, positive lifestyle changes.

    At the heart of Paula’s work is her passion for helping people feel strong, centred, and capable—both on and off the mat.

  • Meditation and Journaling

    Lucy Parrott is a writer, experienced teacher, progressive editor, workshop leader, Reiki Master and Shamanic Practitioner. Through writing, she helps people find their voice, unearth hidden stories and give expression to truths too often left untold. Her popular monthly open mic nights, along with her workshops and gatherings, create spaces where walls fade and creativity flows without limits.

    She believes that writing is more than words on a page: it’s a way of coming home to ourselves and creating space for renewal. Whether you arrive as a seasoned writer or a curious beginner, she will meet you where you are and guide you into a creative space where the heart opens, the year resets and new stories begin.

    There’s 27 years of teaching magic behind Lucy’s carefully curated workshops. She will offer you a nourishing pause at the threshold of the year, a chance to reflect on what has been, release what no longer serves and write openheartedly towards what is yet to come. Through mindful practices, playful prompts and the healing power of story, Lucy guides participants to reconnect with intuition, set intentions with clarity and rediscover a sense of wonder.

  • Holistic Energy & Sound Healer

    Vina is a deeply intuitive healer and musician whose passion for sound work grew from her own journey of healing and self-discovery. Combining her background in energy healing, Reiki, and crystal work, she creates rich, immersive sound baths that bring harmony to mind, body, and spirit.

    Each session is a deeply relaxing experience, where layers of tone and vibration gently build and flow, helping to release tension, calm the nervous system, and restore energetic balance. Vina’s work is both grounding and transcendent—offering space for stillness, renewal, and emotional release.

    She shares her sound healing practice across Warwickshire and beyond, creating safe, nurturing environments that leave participants feeling peaceful, rebalanced, and reconnected.
